In this workshop both yogis and endurance athletes of all levels will find their inner Hanuman, through the practice of perseverance and inner strength.

When we cultivate a serene devotion in our practice we allow our physical, energetic and emotional bodies to open more deeply creating space for what may have been perceived once as impossible.  It is through this devotion that we learn from Hanuman how to break down the barriers that bind us not only physically but also mentally.

During this vinyasa practice we take time to open and release areas of tension in your body that are keeping you from reaping the rewards of your dedicated practice, whether it’s yoga, cycling or running. We access the famed asana, Hanumanasana to open not only your hamstrings but also your heart, creating a full and complete practice allowing you to leap for the impossible.
