Chair Yoga with Meggan Riley

In this workshop, Meggan will lead students through a sequence of mixed level asanas using one of her favorite props, the chair. Through various applications, participants will learn how to use the chair to support their balance, strength and flexibility during each posture. Using the chair as a prop is not limited only to simplifying challenging postures, but can also be used to increase the level of difficulty. Students should arrive ready to learn, play and practice!
