traffic jams, speeding tickets and road rage

I’ve been listening to Michael Singer’s new book The Surrender Experiment in my car.  It’s about quieting the spinning, judging, analyzing mind and stepping into the Universal Flow of Life.  He dares us to trust enough to say YES to whatever life places in front of us and NO to the overthinking, overplanning and over-the-top managing we usually try to bring to our lives.  What would happen if you got out of the driver’s seat of your life?  And if you climbed into the back seat with a pillow and a lidded cup of tea and let life drive you!?!  It’s a discipline that first requires us to develop our ability to distinguish between the voice of the mind (so we can ignore it) and the awareness (so we can tune into intuitive wisdom), and this is where your yoga practice comes in.  Time on your mat or meditation perch helps you tune up your skill set.  What have you got to lose besides traffic jams, speeding tickets and road rage?  Come do some yoga with us!  Check out or regular class schedule HERE.  Check out or series classes and special events HERE
