Yoga Level 1 with Sarah Lindgren

An event every week that begins at 5:30pm on Wednesday, repeating until July 5, 2017
A Hatha-inspired class in which students are guided through classical yoga poses, pranayama (breathwork) and short, guided meditations to promote inner awareness, peace of mind, strength, flexibility and healing. Appropriate for beginning level students and those new to yoga. Students with physical conditions are assisted in the use of props to access poses offered in class.
