Yoga Basics is our introductory series, highly recommended for those just starting out, wanting a refresher or returning after a long absence.  In this six-week series we explore the fundamental postures of yoga along with breathwork exercises and easy meditation techniques.  We take our time, showing you how to modify each pose for your unique circumstances.  This class is appropriate for most.  Please obtain your doctor’s approval prior to participating if you have health concerns.

No Class May 29 for Memorial Day holiday.

For a $15 discount for each, choose this series if you are registering with a friend or family member.
