Tween Yoga (ages 10-13) with Alexa Schill

This class for girls and boys ages 10-13 introduces youthful yogis to the many mind/body benefits of yoga. Students will cultivate strength, flexibility and balance in the body and calm, joy and focus in the mind using traditional yoga poses, partner and team poses, and occasionally, simple breathing exercises and meditations. Classes incorporate positive, age-appropriate themes and music.
