Yoga for Young People (Ages 7-13) with Alexa Schill

An event every week that begins at 4:15pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
This class for girls and boys ages 7-13 introduces young yogis to the many mind/body benefits of yoga. Students will cultivate strength, flexibility and balance in the body and calm, joy and focus in the mind using traditional yoga poses, partner and team poses, and occasionally, simple breathing exercises and meditations. Classes incorporate positive, age-appropriate themes and music.
