We are hardwired for happiness.  In fact, it’s our natural state!  So why do we find it so elusive?  in this 2 1/2 hour workshop, Jen Connon guides us through a process of becoming conscious of the conditions we put on our happiness, the distractions we employ to avoid it and the saboteurs we invite in to defeat it.  Then, she gives us the awareness and tools to reveal the happiness lurking under the surface of our everyday lives.

Jen Connon is a certified Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor who has been teaching wellness classes for the past seven years with a focus on helping us become our highest and best self using the power of our mind and the practice of letting go.
