Hatha/Vinyasa Level 2 & 3 combines the intelligent alignment principles and accessible poses of Hatha Yoga with the flowing, breath-synchronized sequences of Vinyasa Yoga. Students will be challenged with longer holds in postures that encourage mindfulness, stamina and strength-building. Sequences will flow from pose to pose utilizing the breath to create energy and heat to promote heart health, flexibility and body awareness. Students will practice inversions, arm balances and backbends. While modifications will be offered to students as needed, this class is intended for intermediate and advanced level students.
