I was born a seeker, and the winding path of my life has taken me through innumerable personal and professional experiences and finally deposited me at the rich road of yoga some ten years ago.
In 2010, I entered the 200 Hr. Yoga Foundation Teacher Training program at Prairie Yoga and since then I’ve not stopped marveling at the depth and practicality of the yogic path. Traditional yoga, with its contemporary application, is endlessly useful if you want to fully explore the meaning of being human.
My goal as a yoga teacher is to share what I am learning, to demonstrate the positive impact the yoga practice can have on one’s life and to help students embrace their unique footprints as they journey through life.
Having sent three of my four children off to college, I’m embarking on a new chapter with the opening of Shine in downtown Batavia where I want to create a home base for the exploration of life. I am committed to developing a supportive, engaging, entertaining and informative platform for the expedition of personal growth. And I want to have fun doing it!
