I have been teaching yoga since 2002 and am an E-RYT 500 hr and LMT. I am a ParaYoga teacher who uses a vast array of Yogic tools for transformation including Kriya, Bandha, Meditation, Mudra & Mantra. My classes build awareness & cultivate a stable mind, make the unconscious conscious, teach the proper use of effort & surrender, & help to create new lifestyle patterns so you can live your Dharma.
I am the owner of Garaj-Mahal Studios in Batavia & Fox Valley’s 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training Program. I offer workshops & lectures on Yoga philosophy & practice, intensive Yoga training for non-teachers, run women circles, lead the Blue Lotus Kirtan Band & am also a Kriya Yoga initiate, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Ayurvedic Bodyworker, 200 hr Ayurveda Certified Educator, Thai Yoga Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher & proud mother of three beautiful children.

I do not wish to cultivate emotion, I have enough of those and they are an obstacle. I would much rather cultivate what is beyond emotion and that would be stability, awareness and limitless joy.
