$5 Yoga Class Added!

Starting November 6, we will be offering a $5 Yoga Class with Teacher Trainees every Thursday from 4:30 to 5:45 pm.  This will be an all-levels class taught by trainees and recent graduates from a number of yoga teacher training programs in the area.  You receive a low-cost alternative or an easy way to add a class to your weekly routine.  They receive the opportunity to hone their skills.  Check it out!
